Hi Andreas & Jess,

Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with me yesterday. I genuinely loved getting to know you both — you’re such a lovely pair. Your first date story was brilliant (I told my wife about it as soon as we finished!), and your vision for the wedding sounds absolutely beautiful.

With simplicity at the heart of everything I do, I’ve created one bespoke collection that reflects what feels most important to you. I noted that you’re not too fussed about extensive morning coverage, perhaps just the final details, and that while you’d love the first dance captured, you’re less concerned about documenting the full party. With that in mind, I’ve put together a custom package that includes around eight hours of coverage, from roughly one hour before the ceremony through to your first dance (with some ceilidh moments included too).

Based on a typical 2pm ceremony and an 8pm first dance, coverage from approximately 1pm–9pm feels like the perfect fit. I’ve also taken into account that your wedding falls on a Thursday, which allows for a slightly adjusted rate to reflect an off-peak day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? HOW DO WE BOOK IN?

All bookings are confirmed after agreeing to the contract and receipt of a 20% deposit. This goes towards the final balance which is split over 2 payments. 30% 6 months before the wedding and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

All you have to do now is give me the go-ahead and I’ll send over the link to your private personal portal where you can sign the contract and make payments easily online to secure your date and tick another task off your to-do list.
