Hi Fraser & Rachael,

Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with me today. I genuinely loved getting to know you both, you’re such a lovely couple, and I love that your vision for the day aligns with how I love to photograph weddings. Relaxed, elegant, fun, and a touch of chaos later in the evening, but most importantly, spending it with the people you love.

With simplicity at the heart of everything I do, I’ve created one bespoke collection that reflects what feels most important to you. I noted that you guys are looking to have all the main parts of the day covered, including morning preps, right through until some dancing. As I mentioned, I love to cover as much of the day as allows me to tell your story well, and I’m happy to stay until the band stops for their break in the evening to really capture that party vibe.

I’ve kept the package to the essentials, but included a 2nd photographer due to having a large guest list. I find 2nd shooters to be so valuable when there’s over 100 guests.

As mentioned on the call, I am now offering 35mm film photography (not videography, still photos - just shot on film). I think it has its place in weddings these days, and so I’ve added that as an option for you to consider along with a pre wedding session as I know the prospect of being photographed can be a little daunting. These are great for calming the nerves.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? HOW DO WE BOOK IN?

All bookings are confirmed after agreeing to the contract and receipt of a 20% deposit. This goes towards the final balance which is split over 2 payments. 30% 6 months before the wedding and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

All you have to do now is give me the go-ahead and I’ll send over the link to your private personal portal where you can sign the contract and make payments easily online to secure your date and tick another task off your to-do list.
