Welcome to your initial proposal! Rory, thank you so much for taking the time to tell me about your plans earlier today. It was great chatting with you and I loved that your vibe for the wedding aligns with how I approach wedding photography. I love the fact your wedding will take place in the family home, a very unique venue and very special for you and your families.

Wedding planning is quite an undertaking, and with so many options for everything, it can be daunting. My goal is to make the photography part of your wedding as simple and as easy as possible and with that, I’ve listed a package that I think will give you everything you need to have a wonderful photography experience. Rory was kind enough to share a rough budget so I have taken that into consideration and have listed some packages below for you to consider.

PACKAGE OPTION 1

FULL DAY COVERAGE BY ROSS + ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER + ENGAGEMENT SESSION
£3200

I believe this option will suit your needs best as, including a 2nd photographer, will allow both of you to have your own dedicated photographer to capture all the excitement of how your wedding day began. Having a 2nd photographer will create more images of your guests enjoying the day and allow me to focus more on the VIP’s like your immediate family, bridal party and of course, the stars of the show, you! I hand-pick all of my associate photographers, they are all full-time wedding photographers with their own businesses and create stunning work. I only choose photographers who I value as people as well as photographers who will enhance and bring added value to your day. They will also be with Rory as he welcomes guests at the church before the ceremony.
Rory had also mentioned a potential interest in an engagement session so I’ve also included this into the package.

INCLUDES:

A pre wedding photo session with Ross at a location of your choosing.

10 hours of wedding day coverage by Ross and a 2nd photographer

A minimum of 800 images, individually edited by Ross.

Online gallery of your wedding photographs with free and unlimited downloads for family and friends. High resolution and ready for print.

Toundra velvet presentation memory box with 10 7x5 fine art mounted prints.

Online highlights slideshow.

All travel.

Unlimited consultations and correspondence.

PACKAGE OPTION 2

FULL DAY COVERAGE BY ROSS - £2400

10 hours of wedding day coverage by Ross

A minimum of 600 images, individually edited by Ross.

Online gallery of your wedding photographs with free and unlimited downloads for family and friends. High resolution and ready for print.

Toundra velvet presentation memory box with 10 7x5 fine art mounted prints.

Online highlights slideshow.

All travel.

Unlimited consultations and correspondence.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? HOW DO WE BOOK IN?

All bookings are confirmed after agreeing to the contract and receipt of a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the package cost. This goes towards the final balance which is split over 2 payments. 30% of the total cost is due 6 months before the wedding and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.

All you have to do now is give me the go-ahead and I’ll send over the link to your private personal portal where you can sign the contract and make payments easily online to secure your date and tick another task off your to-do list.
