Evelyn and Mike ticked every box!
I had the pleasure of photographing their big day on an absolutely stunning day at Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh. The Hotel has a traditional country manner feel with beautiful gardens filled with cherry blossom trees and forest then combines that with a modern location with gorgeous natural light. The drive up towards the hotel is enough to make you drool. We made use of the drive way later in the day.
One thing about Evelyn is that she is the NICEST person ever, I've been called "the smiling photographer" many times but Evelyn was smiling from start to finish. So much fun to be around and I had a hilarious time photographing Evelyn and her bridesmaids at the bridal prep. You could really feel the excitement and buzz for what the day was about to offer.
She wore a classic gown from Elite Bridal Boutique, accessorized by jewellery from the Jon Richard Collection at Debenhams, and topped it all off with beautiful hair and make up by Star Hair Design and Beauty. She was joined by 3 beautiful bridesmaids wearing simple and classy dresses from The Glass Slipper.
There were so many things I loved about this wedding, we really took advantage of the beautiful venue and made good use of the gorgeous weather. Evelyn and Mike are a fantastic couple and we had a ridiculous amount of fun during their couple shots.
